What you've done (gotten started, and will continue I hope) here, is really quite important.
You are each coming at this very important matter - about how we in the the broad public get free and hopefully *accurate* information in order that we can even possibly *have* a democratic and civil society.
The now extreme centralisation and consolidation of power in this age-old arena, but now in these new technologically controlled and manipulable media (and the corporations that have de-facto monopolies in respect of them,) is much more dangerous that anything that I believe we have seen before.
I've followed Carole and her investigations very closely since the time of the Cambridge Analytica, Brexit and Project Alamo early events, which she brought so very clearly to light.
As an (actual) Cantabridgian myself :) and both a research and applied Computer Scientist who has spent my entire professional life in Silicon Valley (from 1981 onwards,) I do also know a thing or two about the technologies - as well as the *people* involved in a great deal of what we are now trying to stop from destroying our free and fair society in not only America.
Your work to work together, and I do hope - to enjoin some others of us in this, is what I believe is *actually* needed.
And that is *not* about creating some new *political* party!
It is about creating channels of clear factual information that our entire society have access to.
I am very fond of reminding people that I speak to about one of the key axioms upon which Democracy is based:
